At Second Avenue Hair, we believe great hair starts with quality care — and that experience begins the moment you place your order.

Every order is carefully packed by our team with the same attention to detail we bring to our salon services. Whether you're maintaining your salon-fresh hair at home or discovering a new favourite product, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1–3 business days from our salon in Camberwell, Melbourne.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, product launches, or busy salon periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Melbourne Metro: 1–3 business days
Victoria Regional: 2–5 business days
Interstate Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery timeframes and may vary depending on Australia Post or courier services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions on selected orders or during special campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If you haven’t received tracking information within a few business days, please contact us and we’ll happily assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

Second Avenue Hair is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. If your parcel arrives damaged or if something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enquiries@secondave.com.au and include photos where possible.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather events, public holidays, or high shipping volumes.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

You may be able to arrange collection from our Camberwell salon. Please contact us before ordering or select collection if available at checkout.
